National Breastfeeding Helpline
The National Breastfeeding Helpline offers friendly, non-judgemental, independent, evidence based breastfeeding support and information to anyone in the UK who needs it.
Breastfeeding support is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

The NCT Infant Feeding line is open from 8am to midnight, including bank holidays on 0300 330 0700* (option 1)

La Leche League Helpline
You can speak directly to an accredited LLL Leader (breastfeeding counsellor) by calling the La Leche League telephone Helpline on 0345 120 2918. This is open from 8am to 11pm, 365 days a year.
