We have a number of breastfeeding groups that run across Grampian, all of which are free to attend.

Whether the group is run by NHS Grampian Breastfeeding Peer Supporters, Health Professionals or NCT Breastfeeding Counsellors, you will receive a warm welcome.
Meet new people, build your confidence feeding out and about and, if you have any questions, get information and support from trained supporters.
The environment for each group is different, some are held in community centres, others in local cafes. We would always encourage any mother / parent to get in touch with their local group supporters prior to going along. This ensures that if the group needs to be cancelled for any reason .for example volunteer illness or weather warnings, then they can be notified. Any known changes to groups will be published on Breastfeed Grampian.
